Waimate Pony Club is a Club who is a member of New Zealand Pony Club and as such follows National rules and regulations.

Waimate Pony Club instructors, instruct riders between the ages of 4 years to 24 years and their mounts. We teach the safe handling and riding of horses. We have a strict education curriculum which is the based on the New Zealand Pony Club teachings. Riders are able to advance up the levels from Lead rein to A & H certificates. Riders are welcome but must contact head instructor prior .

Pony Club days are normally 2nd Sunday of each month and changes and updates can be found on the Facebook page as well as email and text.

Pony Club is usually held at the Waimate A&P Showgrounds. (Kitchener Park)
