80% Off your Heat Pump with the Warmer Kiwi Homes Grant
Do you want a warmer, dryer home to keep you and your family healthy?
You may be eligible to receive a Government funded grant! Warmer Kiwi Homes is a Government programme offering grants covering 80% of the cost of a new heat pump (capped at $3,000). Be aware that funding is limited.
We, Modserve NZ, are Warmer Kiwi Homes contractors and accredited installers for Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu and Hitachi heat pumps. We believe in what we do and promise to provide high quality services, adding value and delivering on time, constantly exceeding our customers’ expectations. Please check below if you are eligible and make sure you get your new heat pump before winter!
Are you eligible for a grant? - You are the homeowner, and your house must be built before 2008. - You have a Community Services card or CSC endorsed SuperGold Combo Card OR live in a lowerincome area. The majority of Waimate is eligible. - Your home has ceiling and underfloor insulation.
If your house can’t be insulated, you may still be able to get a heater grant. - You don’t have an operational fixed heater (heat pump, compliant wood or pellet burner, gas heater or central heating system) in the main living area of your house.
What happens next? If you meet the above criteria or have any questions, please contact us and we will help you with the application process. Once approved we will arrange a free, no obligation quote and let you know about payment options or extra funding available to you. After the contract is signed, we can then arrange a time for the install.
